“جُمُعَة الدِّفاع عن الأسْرَى”.. نداء من الملتقى العلمائي العالمي
أطلق الملتقى العلمائي العالمي نداءً عاجلاً للأمة الإسلامية لإعلان “جمعة الدفاع عن الأسرى”، وذلك في خطوة تعبوية لمواجهة “تشريعات القتل” الصهيونية التي تستهدف الأسرى الفلسطينيين وتضرب بعرض الحائط القوانين الدولية والقيم الإنسانية.
وجاء البيان كالآتي:
جُمُعَة الدِّفاع عن الأسْرَى
في مواجهة تشريعات القتل الصهيونية التي تتحدَّى العالم الإسلامي
الحمد لله ربِّ العالمين، والصَّلاة والسَّلام على سيدنا محمَّدٍ وآله الأطهار وصَحبه الأخيار، وبعد:
في كلّ يومٍ يوجّه الكيانُ الغاصب رسائلَ جديدة إلى العالم الإسلامي، يعلن فيها إصرارَه على متابعة حرب الإبادة، واستخفافَه بهذه الأمّة التي تقف عاجزةً أمام عدوّها وهو يوغل في دماء أبنائها الشرفاء، ويعتدي على شعوبها، ويحتلُّ المسجد الأقصى قِبلتها الأولى، ويمنع فيه الصَّلاة لأكثر من شهر للمرة الأولى منذ فجر الإسلام.
إنَّ اختيار “كنيست” الاحتلال المجرم ليوم 30 آذار، المصادف للذكرى 50 ليوم الأرض الفلسطيني، لإقرار ما سمِّي “قانون إعدام الأسرى”، اختيارٌ يُراد منه التأكيدُ على تمسّك الكيان الغاصب بخيار المواجهة مع العالم الإسلامي حتى النهاية، وأنّه لن يتورَّع عن أي فعلٍ مهما بلغَ منَ الوحشية والتدمير لقتل إرادة الحرية في نفوس أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني، واغتيال كلِّ مَن يأمر بالقسط والعدل، ويدعو إلى تحرير الأرض والمقدسات.
أيها العلماء المؤتمنون والمسؤولون أمام الله:
– قد استبان الحقّ لمن أبصر، فهل نسكتُ عن إعدام أبطالنا الأسرى واحداً بعد الآخر، بينما يشرب العدو كأس الاحتفال على أشلائهم ؟
– وهل أصبح إغلاق المسجد الأقصى مقبولاً، ومَنْعُ الصلاة فيه واقعاً، والتحضيرُ لتدميره أمراً حتماً ونحن ساكتون ؟
– وما هو موقفكم منَ الذين يعملون لنشر الفتنة وتمزيق المسلمين، ويُساوون بين المؤمنين الذين يجاهدون بأموالهم وأنفسهم، وبين أشدّ الناس عداوةً للذين آمنوا، بل ويتبنّى بعضُهم خطاباً يطعن في الشعب الفلسطيني، وصولاً إلى ممالأة بعض الأنظمة للعدو وتقديم العون له في حربه العدوانية، سواء منها التي في فلسطين أم التي يشنُّها على إيران ولبنان وغيرها من الدول الإسلامية ؟!
- فَلْنَتَّحدْ يوم الجمعة القادم تحت عنوان “يوم جُمعةِ الدفاع عن الأسرى”، لإعلان موقف واحد في مواجهة المستكبر الصهيوني والداعمين له،
- ولنجعله منطلقاً لحركة شعبية واسعة، وتوجيه رسائلَ قويةٍ للتضامن مع إخوانكم في فلسطين، ومع آلاف الأسرى الأبطال الذين يهددهم المحتل بالقتل؛
- فهذا أوانُ يؤدّي فيه المنبرُ والمسجد دورَه، ويقوم العلماء بمسؤولياتهم في البيان والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والدفاع عن إخوانهم، ورأب الصَّدع وإصلاح ذات البَين وجَمع كلمة الأمة، قبل أن يركبنا الذلُّ والهوان جميعاً، ويغدو الكيان الغاصب سيّداً مطلقاً على دولنا وشعوبنا كلها، ﴿عَسَى اللهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاللهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْسًا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلًا﴾ النساء:84.

Opposition to the Execution Legislation by Zionists
Against the Islamic World
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, his pure family, and his righteous companions.
Daily, the occupying entity sends new messages to the Islamic world, declaring its resolve to perpetuate its genocidal campaign and its disdain for this Ummah, which finds itself powerless against an enemy drenched in the blood of its noble sons, continually assaults its population, occupies the Al-Aqsa Mosque – its first Qiblah – and for over a month now, has forbidden prayer there for the first time since the inception of Islam.
The criminal occupiers in the “Knesset” strategically chose March 30 – the 50th anniversary of Palestinian Land Day – to enact the so-called “Prisoner Execution Law”. This decision is an explicit declaration of the usurper’s intention to confront the Islamic world to the fullest extent. It indicates an unwavering readiness to commit any atrocity, regardless of its brutality or destructiveness, to extinguish the fervor for freedom within the Palestinian people’s hearts and to destroy those who call for justice, fairness, and the liberation of their land and sacred sites.
Dear esteemed scholars, accountable before Allah:
The truth is evident for those willing to see it. Should we remain mute while our brave prisoners are executed one by one, as the enemy celebrates over their remains?
Has the closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque become acceptable? Is the prevention of prayer and the preparation for its destruction becoming inevitable as we stand silent?
What is your stance on those spreading discord and trying to divide Muslims? They equate believers who sacrifice their wealth and lives with those most hostile to the faith, and some even criticize the Palestinian people. Some regimes align with the enemy and support its aggressive wars in Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, and other Islamic countries.
Let us unite this Friday under the banner of “Friday for Defending the Prisoners” to declare a unified stand against the Zionist oppressor and its allies.
Let us use this as a launchpad for a widespread popular movement, sending powerful messages of solidarity with our brothers in Palestine and the thousands of brave prisoners who are threatened with execution by the occupier.
It is time for the pulpit and mosque to take action for scholars to fulfill their duties in proclaiming truth, advocating for good, and condemning evil to defend our brothers, mend divisions, reconcile disagreements, and unite the words of the Ummah. We must act before humiliation and degradation overtake us all, and the usurping entity becomes the absolute master of our nations and peoples.
Perhaps Allah will restrain the power of disbelievers, for Allah is strongest in might and punishment.”
